The DJI AS1 Speaker expands the capabilities of the DJI Matrice 4 and Matrice 4D Series by adding high-powered aerial voice and audio broadcasting. With a maximum sound level of 114 dB at 1 meter and an effective broadcast distance of up to 300 meters, the AS1 provides clear, long-range communication from the air.
Built for professional DJI Enterprise operations, the AS1 supports real-time broadcasting with echo suppression, allowing an operator to speak through the remote controller and transmit the message from the aircraft. It also supports record-and-broadcast operation, audio file input and text-to-speech, making it useful for search and rescue, public safety, emergency management, security, infrastructure inspection and other situations where operators need to communicate with people on the ground.
The lightweight speaker weighs just 92.5 grams with its mounting bracket and attaches using DJI's quick-release mounting system. The AS1 can also be operated alongside the DJI AL1 Spotlight, giving Matrice 4 operators both aerial illumination and communication capabilities during low-light or emergency missions.

Installation Notes
When using the AS1 with a Matrice 4D or Matrice 4TD, the bottom adapter bracket must be removed. The adapter bracket should also be removed when the AS1 Speaker is installed together with the DJI AL1 Spotlight. DJI recommends installing the speaker before powering on the aircraft, activating the accessory after installation and updating all devices to the latest available firmware.
