We offer SHURFlo®, John Blue® and Dura Products® brands. 12 volt electric sprayer pumps are positive displacement type pumps. The 12 volt power drive allows versatile hookup to 12 volt power sources. Electric power provides simple and quick pump actuation. The diaphragm style pump provides superior resistance to chemical and abrasive solutions. These pumps are self-priming, capable of running dry and feature built in safety check valves. Common applications include agriculture spraying for compact, utility tractors, UTVs, ATVs in spot spraying, boom sprayers and boomless nozzles. 12 volt electric pumps are compatible for use with water, disinfectants and sanitizers, de-icing solutions as well as many common crop performance fertilizers, pest control pesticides, insecticides and herbicides. They are frequently used in transfer of chemical solutions and water for container filling, preparation, mixing, irrigation or watering.
Available 12 volt sprayer pumps are manufactured with a fiberglass reinforced polypropylene pump house casing. They feature increased chemical durability Santoprene® diaphragm and Viton® seals. John Blue brand pumps are engineered weather, dust and overspray resistant. Flow capacities for 12 volt electric diaphragm pumps range from 1.8 GPM up to 22 GPM. The 1.8 GPM, 2.2 GPM, 3.5 GPM and 5.5 GPM models are commonly used flow rates. Pressure output ranges from 40 PSI up to 70 PSI depending on select pump model. Inlet and outlet connection sizes for these pumps include 3/8” x 3/8” NPT, 1/2” x 1/2” NPT, 1/2” x 1/2” NPTF, 1/2” x 1/2” NPSM, and 15mm x 15mm.
