Discs for Sprayer Nozzles
Sprayer nozzle discs for use in disc-core sprayer assemblies. The disc-core combination nozzles are a common choice for foliar, vineyard and pesticide applications. Discs for sprayer nozzles are often used to modify spray coverage droplets, pressures and flow rates. Disc-core assemblies can provide more thorough coverage and higher flow rates and pressures that produce smaller spray particles. Discs come in several material options and are recommended for use with a core of the same material for greatest compatibility and service use performance. Disc material choices include brass, stainless steel, ceramic and polymer. Discs are available in disc #'s 1 up to 16 depending on disc material type. Disc # directly correlates with total output capacity. GPM flow rate for nozzle cores range from 0.1 GPM up to 1.6 GPM. Acceptable working pressure ranges from 10 PSI up to 80 PSI. Flow regulators in orifice options from 006 up to 250 sizes are also available for optimal precision and control over spray rates.
