Available 3 point sprayers are complete spraying systems designed for use with compact tractors and sub compact tractors with category I hitch hookup systems. The three point sprayer is made without extra wheels that keeps the sprayer from damaging turf or plants. They are economical and highly useful for a wide variety of applications. 3 point hitch sprayers are made for agriculture, farms, land owners, business owners, institutions and public lands. They are used to spray water, fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and pesticides. Common spray areas include across fields, pastures, sod, crops, roads and highways, golf courses, parks, school grounds and athletic fields. All available 3 point sprayers are fully plumbed spray systems that come with complete plumbing for immediate use or designed for use with your own pump. They come equipped with pressure gauge, in-line strainer, pressure relief regulator and shut-off valve to control water flow to spray boom. Boom controls and pressure dial are designed for easy access from the tractor seat. Several models come with hand sprayer for spot spraying, 15 foot hose and hose wrap. They come with agriculture grade, UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) tanks that offer superior resistance and compatibility for use with today’s common spray chemicals. Tanks feature an easy, full draining tank system. Our 3-point sprayers feature a high quality welded and powder coat steel frame that provide lasting resistance and use even during rugged applications.
Available types include Master Manufacturing and Enduraplas three point sprayers. They are designed for use with boom sprayers, wet booms or boomless spray nozzles. Available 3 point sprayer booms come with foldable wings to work around obstacles and prevent damage. Boom models come with boom sprayers in length from 10 feet up to 28 feet (120” up to 336”). Booms come with stock nozzle tips that vary based on model. Our 3 point sprayers are compatible with boom sprayers up to 60 feet wingspan if used with a compatible pump capable of delivering the flow rate and pressure needed by the nozzles and boom length.
Three point sprayer pump options include a 12V electric diaphragm pump, PTO roller pump or no pump for use with your own. Master Manufacturing 3 point sprayers come with a Everflo™ brand 12V electric pump or without a pump. Electric 3 point sprayers feature quick power connection alligator clips with 12V wire harness and on/off switch. Everflo™ electric pumps provide up to 2.2 GPM flow rate and 70 PSI. No pump models are ideal for use with your own pump or have the option for adding a 7560C Hypro™ cast iron 8 roller pump during purchase.
Enduraplas Land Champs are 3 point sprayers with PTO pump for powering the sprayer from the tractor PTO system. They come standard with cast iron 6 roller pumps. Stainless steel 6 roller pumps ideal for glyphosate based spray solutions are available on request. Enduraplas 3 point sprayer pumps provide up to 8 GPM flow rate and 300 PSI. Enduraplas Land Champ models are an ideal choice for spray applications across sloped terrain. They feature counterbalance engineering that keeps the sprayer weight close to the tractor back wheels for extra safety from tipping backwards uphill.
Available 3pt hitch sprayers are approved for use with most common agricultural grade herbicides, insecticides and fertilizers. Our Everflo™ 3 point electric sprayers are compatible with spraying Round-Up® or other glyphosate based solutions. Stainless steel / silvercast roller pumps are recommended for use with Round-Up® over cast iron roller pumps.
