Orders & Returns
Sprayer Supplies ships thousands of products from multiple locations within the United States. All of our orders are inspected before shipping to ensure product quality, however, damage can sometimes occur during the shipping process.
Customers should inspect their shipments immediately to ensure quality and product integrity. The customer is responsible for communicating product defects or shipping errors within seven days of receiving the item. Any lost or visibly damaged products must be reported to Sprayer Supplies within seven days. Products with functional defects must be reported within 30 days.

Shipping
Sprayer Supplies’ preferred shipping partner is UPS. At times, we may use other carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL freight carriers, or other contract trucking companies as necessary.
All in-stock orders placed before noon central will ship the same day and are eligible for expedited shipping. This guarantee does not extend to drop-ship or out-of-stock items. Should there be an issue with expedited delivery, you will receive an email detailing your options. It is advisable to call Sprayer Supplies at (844)328-9900 if you have any concerns about the availability of expedited shipping for your order before placing it.
All other orders will typically ship between 1 -5 business days.
Free Shipping
Sprayer Supplies free shipping offer excludes sprayers, booms, tanks, rubber hose and other item that is required to ship freight due to size and/or weight.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order at any time. Customers may receive a 100% refund if their order is cancelled within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after 24 hours, that have not been shipped, may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Orders that have been shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee including shipping/freight costs.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order and cancellation. If Sprayer Supplies makes a mistake or ships incorrect products, we will gladly pay for shipping and fulfillment costs.
