Honda Pumps

Honda pumps are centrifugal pumps, transfer pumps or water pumps fitted and powered by commercial grade Honda® brand gas motors. Honda engine pumps are reliable, heavy duty pumps built for handling hard work. They are engineered with the premium craftsmanship, power and capability expected from Honda brand motors. Sprayer Supplies' Honda pumps offer high flow rate performance, mobility and dependability. Complete gas engine and pump design is not powered or tied down to another system allowing for easy relocation and set up. Some models feature rigid structural support frames that improve transport, prevent additional setup, protect and stabilize the pump during use. Honda pumps have a powerful flow capacity and pump design capable of handling suspended solids. Honda® motor pumps are frequently used to handle and transfer water, agriculture chemicals, industrial chemicals, manufacturing materials, sewage and trash. Common work cases include crops, livestock, spray applications, filling containers, construction, infrastructure, waste management, moving material or products, disasters and emergency response such as flooding.

Honda motor models include the GX200, GX160, GX100 and the GX60 with an electric start feature. Other motor models are also available. Engine power ranges from 2.8 HP up to 24 HP. Pumps are manufactured by Banjo, John Blue, Hypro or ACE Pumps brands. Material options for pump construction include cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel and polypropylene. Gasket materials are available in Viton®, EPDM or Buna-N. Max flow capacities for electric pumps range from 1.6 GPM up to 726 GPM with max pressure output ranges from 40 PSI up to 140 PSI. Inlet and outlet connection sizes for Honda pumps range from 3/4" up to 4". Ports are NPT standard. Operating parameters and specifications vary by model.
