Electric Pumps
The electric power drive allows convenient for hookup and use wherever power supply is available. Electric sprayer pump options are positive displacement, self priming, diaphragm pump types with run dry capabilities. Diaphragm electric pumps increase chemical resistance and service life by isolating the fluid being plumbed from pump components. Electric pumps are versatile, compact and designed for multiple location use. This makes them ideal for a wide range of applications. Common uses include water and chemical spraying with compact and utility tractors, UTVs and ATVs in spot spraying, boom sprayers and boomless nozzles. Electric powered pumps are compatible with water, disinfectants, sanitizers, de-icing solutions and common crop performance fertilizers, pest control pesticides, insecticides and herbicides. They are frequently used at farms, homes and RVs to transfer water or other solutions in irrigation, watering animals and filling containers.
Available electric sprayer pumps are engineered and manufactured by SHURflo®, John Blue® and Dura Products® brands. Top design features include chemical resistant diaphragms, with Santoprene options available, Viton® or EDPM seals and heavy duty pump housings. These design features are engineered to promote long lasting service life and resistance to spray chemicals, dust and weather. Max flow capacities for electric pumps range from 1.4 GPM up to 22 GPM with max pressure output ranges from 40 PSI up to 150 PSI. Sizes for inlet and outlet connections range from 3/8" up to 1/2" for both suction and discharge ports. Pump parameters and operating specifications depend on the pump model.
