Pleased to find a company that carries all the products I need for maintaining my sprayer equipment. Other than a delay on last couple of orders due to product availability (only 1-2 week delay each) my experience with Spray Supplies has been excellent. When I hadn't seen anything on first order I contacted customer service and they explained the delay. The second order I received an email to alert me to the delay shortly after it was placed. I imagine it's hard to keep the website completely up to date on which products they have.

I received an email that the shipping was delayed with no expected date, indicating it could be weeks. I responded a few days later that I wanted to cancel the order. A few days later I got an email that it was shipped. I called and was told "Too bad" because they didnt get the cancellation. After more details of timeline was given, i was told that after it came, i could send back for refund at my cost. Return shipping was $35 for 5 lb. Box. Would have been nice to have got a return label from you.
